Basic Contract Information:


All projects are priced on a case by case basis and the rights to use the image on multiple products MAY incur additional costs as the artwork will need to be adjusted for each format.

THE ART OF VALENTINE holds the copyright to all designs. You will hold the licence to print on specific agreed upon items for 2 years from the date you receive the file. (This is negotiable, if you do wish to purchase the copyright then please indicate in the enquiry form.) 

THE ART OF VALENTINE reserves the right to produce Limited Edition Art Prints of the designs (with or without copyright) and to use the images in her portfolio or to promote her work. (If you do have a specific release date in mind, please let us know! VALENTINE will not show any artwork before the agreed upon date.)
